History
Land Securities approached Cambridge City Council in 2001 to investigate the potential for the redevelopment of Bradwells Court Shopping Arcade, a 1960's scheme with a number of leases due for expiry. The plans are the product of extensive consultation involving:
- Cambridge City Council
- Representatives from the local community
- Business and special interest groups
- The local public
Out of this consultation came a detailed planning brief for the redevelopment. Our plan for Bradwell’s Court came in response to this brief.
